# Integration overview

> Send qualified Dotless leads into your team's CRM while keeping locked contact data private.

Canonical: https://www.dotless.co/docs/integrations

## Available CRM integrations

- HubSpot: companies and eligible contacts.
- Attio: companies and eligible people.
- Salesforce: accounts and eligible contacts.
- HighLevel: eligible leads in one business account.

## Access requirements

- An active Pro or Max subscription.
- Workspace owner access in Dotless.
- Permission to authorize apps and edit the relevant CRM objects.
- One connection per provider in a Dotless workspace.

## How synchronization behaves

| Event | Result |
| --- | --- |
| Connect | Dotless queues eligible existing workspace leads for an initial sync. |
| Lead created or updated | Dotless queues the eligible record for the connected CRM. |
| Locked email or phone | The value is excluded from the CRM payload. |
| Existing CRM match | Dotless may read the CRM to avoid unnecessary duplicates and preserve fields. |
| Disconnect | Future sync stops and stored credentials and queued work are removed. |
| Existing CRM records | Records already written to the CRM remain after disconnecting. |

Lead data currently flows from Dotless to the connected CRM. Dotless may read records for matching, but it does not import CRM leads or CRM-side edits back into Dotless.

## Coming soon

Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Slack, Zapier, and Make are visible in Dotless but cannot yet be connected.
