## Personal and workspace settings

| Profile | Account details and personal preferences. |
| Email connection | The mailbox used to send outreach for the active workspace. |
| Billing | Subscription, interval, included usage, and eligible credit packs. |
| Integrations | CRM authorizations and sync status for the active workspace. |
| Workspace | The shared context that owns leads, searches, pipelines, sequences, and connected services. |

## Workspace ownership

Security-sensitive connection actions are limited to the workspace owner, including CRM connection and disconnection. Check the workspace switcher before modifying billing or a connected service.

Max includes workspace sharing. Give access only to people who need the underlying lead and outreach data.

A Connected label applies to the selected workspace. Switching workspaces can show a different sender, CRM connection, balance, and lead list.
