Request the current register
Dotless maintains a current written register of the subprocessors that may process Customer Personal Data on Dotless’s behalf. Current and prospective Customers may request a copy by emailing support@dotless.co with the subject “Subprocessor Register”.
The register provided to a Customer identifies each subprocessor’s legal provider name, broad processing purpose, general categories of personal data, and relevant processing-location or transfer information. Where appropriate, configuration-specific legal entities, processing locations, transfer mechanisms, and onward-subprocessor information are also available on request.
Authorization and changes
The register provided to a Customer is the agreed list for the general written authorization in Section 6 of the Data Processing Addendum and Clause 9(a), Option 2 of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Customers may request and review the current register before entering the DPA.
Dotless will provide at least 15 days’ advance notice before appointing a new or replacement subprocessor, except for an emergency replacement permitted by the DPA. Customer may object during that period on reasonable, documented data-protection grounds. Dotless remains responsible for its subprocessors to the extent required by the DPA and Data Protection Law, and Restricted Transfers are handled under Section 10 of the DPA.
Change notices are sent to the Customer account email. To receive them at a different or additional address, email support@dotless.co with the subject “Subprocessor notices” and the Customer account email.
