Before starting a sequence

Confirm that the correct sender is connected and active.
Review every recipient and remove leads that are not relevant.
Check variables and AI-personalized content for accuracy.
Choose timing that is appropriate for the recipient’s location.
Identify yourself clearly and provide an appropriate opt-out route.

Replies remain in your mailbox. Dotless sends messages but does not read or classify replies. Check the connected inbox and pause follow-up when a recipient responds or opts out.

Manage active outreach

Use Sequences to review scheduled work and Manual sends for one-off messages. If a mailbox disconnects, reconnect it before expecting queued sends to continue.
