Create or update Salesforce accounts and contacts from qualified Dotless leads.
Last reviewed August 2, 2026You need a Pro or Max plan, Dotless workspace owner access, and a Salesforce user allowed to authorize API access and manage Account and Contact records.
What the integration does
Dotless sends businesses to Salesforce Accounts and eligible unlocked emails to Contacts related to those accounts. It checks for matching Salesforce records before creating a new one.
Authorize the connection
Sign in to Dotless, select the correct workspace, and open Integrations.
Select Connect on the Salesforce card.
Sign in with the Salesforce organization and user that should own the connection. Administrator approval may be required by the organization’s connected-app policy.
Approve API and offline access. Offline access lets Dotless refresh an expired token without requiring a new authorization for every queued sync.
Return to Dotless and verify that Salesforce shows Connected.
Shared data and permissions
Dotless data | Salesforce destination | When included |
|---|---|---|
Business name | Account Name | Always for an eligible lead. |
Business phone | Account Phone | Only after the phone is unlocked. |
Business address | Account Billing Address fields | When present. |
Business category | Account Description | When present. |
Contact email | Contact Email | Only after the email is unlocked. |
Business name | Contact Last Name | Used when creating an eligible related contact. |
Website URL | Not currently synced | Excluded until verified provenance can be preserved. |
Dotless reads existing records for matching and uses the Salesforce API to create or update Accounts and Contacts. It does not import Salesforce records or Salesforce-side changes.
Disconnect or revoke access
Disconnecting in Dotless removes stored authorization and queued work. Existing Salesforce Accounts and Contacts remain. Salesforce users and administrators can also revoke connected-app sessions from Salesforce settings.
If the organization pre-authorizes connected apps, an administrator must grant Dotless access through the appropriate profile or permission set before a user can connect.
