Plan overview

Annual equivalent prices are billed annually. VAT or other applicable taxes may be added. The checkout and billing screens show the current price and total before purchase.

How do credits work?

One credit is one contact searched. You choose an area on the map and the filters to search within it, and each contact the search returns draws one credit, so a search for 50 contacts costs 50 credits. Revealing a contact the search already found costs nothing further; the credit is spent by the search, not by the unlock. Accounts without an active subscription start with 5 credits and no credit card is required. The current workspace balance appears before any credit-using action is confirmed.

Paid plans receive their included monthly allowance: 50 credits per month on Starter, 250 on Pro, and 1,000 on Agency. Eligible accounts can purchase one-time credit packs without changing the base plan, using the sizes and prices displayed in Billing.

Website credits are a separate allowance, used only by the AI website builder. Pro includes 50 per month and Agency 200; Starter does not include any.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open Settings and Billing to compare plans, change the billing interval, purchase eligible credit packs, or open the billing portal.

CRM integrations require Pro or Agency. Starter users can view the providers but cannot connect one.

Dotless does not apply a separate email-send count cap on paid plans, but provider limits, deliverability rules, and anti-abuse safeguards still apply.
