Create or update HubSpot companies and contacts from qualified Dotless leads.

Last reviewed August 2, 2026

You need a Pro or Agency plan, Dotless workspace owner access, and a HubSpot user who can authorize the requested CRM permissions.

What the integration does

Dotless sends business records to HubSpot companies and unlocked contact details to HubSpot contacts. It checks for existing records before creating new ones and updates eligible matches when a Dotless lead changes.

Install and connect

1.

Sign in to Dotless, select the intended workspace, and open Integrations.

2.

Choose Connect on the HubSpot card. If the workspace is not on Pro or Agency, Dotless shows the upgrade dialog first.

3.

Select the HubSpot account that should receive Dotless records.

4.

Review the requested company and contact permissions, then approve access. Dotless never asks for a HubSpot password.

5.

Return to Dotless and confirm that the card shows Connected. Eligible existing leads are queued automatically.

Dotless requests OAuth and read/write access for companies and contacts. Read access supports matching and field preservation. Write access creates or updates eligible records.

Monitor and disconnect

No field-mapping screen or manual export is required. Existing eligible leads and later changes are queued automatically. Dotless does not import HubSpot contacts or HubSpot-side changes.

Disconnecting removes the stored authorization and queued work from Dotless. Existing HubSpot companies and contacts remain. Provider-side access can also be removed from HubSpot’s Connected Apps settings.

If synchronization stops, confirm the plan is active, the card remains connected, and the authorizing HubSpot user still has access to companies and contacts.
